Applicable law and jurisdiction

The present General Terms and Conditions for Use, as well as the use of the Web Space, will be governed by Spanish law. For resolution of any dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals with jurisdiction at the registered office of the Party Responsible for the website.

In the event that any stipulation of the present General Terms and Conditions for Use should turn out to be unenforceable or null and void by virtue of applicable regulations or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, this unenforceability or nullity will not render the present General Terms and Conditions for Use unenforceable or null and void in their entirety.
